Sale Policy

1. Rays Food Imports is an importer and wholesaler. Thus, we offer our products to grocery stores and food distributors only. We do not sell to individuals, but rather retailers and wholesalers. A business license may be required to be presented before any order is confirmed.

2. After an order is placed, we inform the customer of shipping costs or other delivery options and then a final invoice is raised and sent for payments. Orders are shipped after payment is received.

3. Returns are only accepted if products are damaged upon delivery. However, after delivery, returns are not accepted

4. Orders are delivered by our trucks for routes we cover, or shipped on pallets through land or rail transportation for locations not covered on our delivery routes

5. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to order invoice after order is confirmed

6. Full payment of order invoice is required before the order ships

7. Shipments will originate from our warehouse in Houston TX, Atlanta GA or Chicago IL

8. Transit times typically range between 3 days to 7 business days after order is shipped. However, transit times could be longer depending on carrier

9. Shipping cost are calculated per pallet. Typical cost to ship a pallet ranges from $100 to $400 depending on distance from our warehouses.
